John developed his e^3TM program at the Downtown Athletic Club in Eugene, Oregon. Pronounced "e-cubed" (which stands for exercise, experience, and expedition), the program goes far beyond basic fitness applications by incorporating the core values of maturity.

THE PROGRAM
